2. Access data / server log files
When you visit this website, your browser automatically sends information to our hosting provider, which is temporarily stored in so-called log files: IP address, date and time of access, browser type, operating system and referrer URL. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and error-free delivery of the website). This website is hosted by Vercel Inc.
3. Local storage (localStorage)
For the shopping cart function and to store your language preference, we use your browser's local storage (localStorage). This data is technically necessary, remains on your device and is not transmitted to us. We do not use any tracking or analytics cookies.
4. Fonts
The fonts used on this website (Inter, Caveat) are served locally from our own server. No fonts are loaded from third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts), and your IP address is not transmitted to any third party for this purpose.
5. Waitlist / launch notification
While our shop is not yet open, you can join a waitlist with your email address to be notified when we launch. We process the email address you provide solely for this purpose. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by sending us a short message to info@moodyfruits.com; we will then promptly delete your email address from the waitlist. We delete the data at the latest once the launch notification has been sent, unless you have consented to further use.
6. Order processing and payment (Stripe)
For processing payments we use the payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). As part of an order, the data required for payment processing – such as name, address, payment data and order details – is transmitted to and processed by Stripe. 7. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, we process your details solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
8. Web analytics (Vercel Web Analytics)
To analyse the use of our website statistically, we use "Vercel Web Analytics", a service provided by Vercel Inc. (USA), who also host our website. The service works without cookies and does not create cross-device user profiles. Only aggregated, anonymised metrics are collected, such as pages viewed, approximate origin (country), referring website (referrer) and device/browser type. No IP addresses are stored permanently and no data that could identify you personally is processed by us.
